-700$ on credit card, Still possible to get college loan/ apartment or dorm loan?

I spent the money on my communitee college classes nearby. I have no job currently except trying to work off ebay and art commissions, plus other odd end work. But I still dont get paid as much as someone with a full time job. Yes I looked around for one but living in the desert where there are few entry level jobs to begin with, it’s difficult to find one.

Anyways would I be denied loans based off my credit card amount? I still manage to pay the basic every month. I’m also figuring that I’m going to sell my car before I go as something which I wont have to worry about anymore, plus get cash.

Also I’ve done quite a few overdrafts on both my bank account and credit.

I am a college senior. This is my last year. I really need some financing. I have no co-signer, I can’t get a co-signer. Does anyone know of anything I can do. My federal student aid is not enough. I am appox. $3000 Short. I need to money asap in order to continue my senior year.

I would greatly appreciate anyone who has any information.

i recently moved out of my parents house on very bad terms.. they are not supporting me in terms of finances, insurance, or education. i moved in with my best friend and her family… now i am trying to figure out my options.

i can take out a loan, but was wondering who should cosign? my parents will not - but my best friend offered. being that she already has student loans, i’m not sure if thats a great option, or really how that even works. i just need to get through 3 more semesters to graduate.

also wondering - my parents will not fill out the FAFSA form. apparently i need their information.. is there a way that i can have independent status and not need their info?

any info and opinions welcome.. thanks.

My parents refuse to send me to an art school, since they think it’s a waste for me. So, I’ve decided to send myself - but is it possible? And how? Can I really get that much money in loans?

I won’t be eligible for some things, as my father makes too much money. But, still… can I do it myself?

I am in serrious need of some fund to purchace college supplies such as texbooks, a drafting table, and Adobe Photoshop CS2. My classes start on July 10th and I am stuck. I applied for my Stafford loan but apparently that money is going for tution and I will not recieve a dime of it.
